Barista of the Month: Tom PaterName: Tom Pater
Cafe / Coffee Shop: Mill Kitchen
Location: Farsley, West Yorkshire, UK

Our Barista of the Month for November features Tom Pater from the Mill Kitchen. It’s a great family-owned and managed café, run out of a beautiful converted mill in Farsley. The décor is rustic which absolutely compliments its broad food offering in relaxed surroundings.
The coffee is excellent and the baking, some might say, even better! As joint owner/Head Barista, Tom takes great care to use the best ingredients which are locally sourced, where possible, for an ever-evolving menu. There’s a great balance between healthy and indulgent options. At Chef Works we are proud to see our aprons and uniforms worn by passionate people who love what they do. #ChefWorksWearers
