First job was at Olives NY, as a pastry cook.

"D.O.M. – Rediscovering Brazilian Ingredients" by Alex Atala.

Zagat 30 under 30 NYC, Food Network’s Chopped Champion, Top Ten pastry chefs in the US 2015, People Magazine’s Top 15 Hottest Chefs!

My mom & dad.

Just one?? The Hit Me cake, Cinnamon Roll Donut, Birthday Cake Croissants, and of course THE chocolate chip cookie.

Dry aged porterhouse steak, and anything my mom makes.

Guinea Pig – don't want to talk about it...

Sweet corn ice cream – my all time favorite.

Coke!! I know...I know...

I don’t have one yet. Hopefully that will change.

Julia Child, would just have been an amazing experience.

People who don't appreciate food.

Being with my family – wifey and the boys.

The Birthday Cake Croissants slammed the internet and NYC, now I’m onto Boston on a new journey, to learn and grow as a chef.
