Dishwasher at a seafood restaurant in New Jersey, age 14.

Hunger. When you enjoy food as much as I do, you learn quickly.
8. Your Speciality Dish:
Mussels & Chorizo in a tomato, chardonnay and garlic broth.
9. Favorite Dish To Eat:
A big cheese plate that includes Roaring 40's blue and Scharfe Maxx 360.
10. Weirdest Thing You Ever Ate:
Guinea Pig in Peru... it actually tasted like pork, but it sounds weird.

Pistachio with salted pretzels.

No one. That said, I would like to convert all vegans to buttered-bacon eaters.

Hike and work in my garden.

Turning my backyard into a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) bag and then cooking with the harvest.

Madrid. You get churros and hot chocolate for breakfast, and it's acceptable to order a beer with them.
